Should you wish an explicit adult rated tag, which does include nudity and may be of a sexually graphic nature, order your tag/logo in the normal way via the 'Make a request' page and where it asks for specific information add 'EAC' [extreme adult content] before any other information you wish to give about the graphic you wish to receive.
The reason for this is so other people visiting the site are not offended by what they see and also to comply with some artists terms of use.
Below is an example of some 'mild' adult tags with certain 'parts' blotted out, so when I say adult content you will not be mistaken by what I mean.
